Journal
Every closed day adds a line: the date, the best memory and the lesson. It becomes a diary you never had to sit down and write.
Daily Planner is a calm planner for your day, your week and your year. It’s free, needs no account and works offline. Your plans stay in your browser, not on our servers.
Works on phone and computer. Install it as an app if you like.
Plan in the morning, work from your schedule, close the day in the evening. It takes a few minutes, and nothing unfinished gets lost.
Write one thing to keep in mind, choose the most important outcome and up to two others, then give them time on your schedule.
Work from the schedule. Tick outcomes, tasks and time blocks as they get done.
Review what got done and decide where every unfinished item goes. Then keep a memory and a lesson from the day.
For each unfinished item, you choose:
Then write what made the day worth remembering and what it taught you; together they become your journal. Give the next planning day a little direction, and on Fridays carry on into a short weekly review.
Week view puts your planning days side by side with their time blocks. It’s the same schedule as the Day view, so nothing needs copying.
Each day you close feeds three quiet tools: a journal of memories and lessons, one short list so nothing unfinished gets lost, and a clear view of where your time went. Nothing to set up.
Every closed day adds a line: the date, the best memory and the lesson. It becomes a diary you never had to sit down and write.
Work that slipped waits in one short list, as Needs attention or Later. For each item: Plan it on a date, Save it, or Forget it.
See where the day went, by category: what you scheduled and what has already happened. Switch to Week for the bigger picture.
Find anything you wrote, on any day: outcomes, tasks, time blocks, notes, memories and lessons.
Keep today’s plan and schedule in a small window on top of your other apps, where the browser supports it (Chrome and Edge on a computer).
Print a day or a week on one page, export a day as Markdown, and back up everything to a file whenever you like.
Days are where work happens; the year is where it adds up. Horizon keeps a few big things on one page you’ll actually open, with the whole year on a single ribbon and a line for today.
Your year on one page. Print it from Horizon and keep it by your desk, where you’ll see it every day.
The Misogi, the mini-adventures and the one-habit-per-quarter rhythm come from Jesse Itzler.
Every day you close paints a square of the year: deeper when the main outcome got done, deepest when you also kept your winning habit.
No sign-up and no subscription. Your plans live in your browser, and you decide where else they go.
Tick something on your phone; it shows up on your laptop through your own Google Drive.
Daily Planner Plus
Everything above stays free. Plus adds a few things for the year itself, for €29, paid once. No subscription.
A guided session sets up Horizon for the whole year in about 30 minutes, one question at a time:
It ends with Print your year: the whole plan on one page, for your desk.
One page for a whole year: days closed, the painted year, your best streak, trophies unlocked, main outcomes done and where your time went. Then how the Misogi, the mini-adventures and the habits turned out, with a few memories and lessons from your journal.
Printable on one page. Keep it with the year it describes, or next to the plan for the one ahead.
Five more palettes for the year that paints itself: Ocean, Forest, Plum, Graphite and Sunset. Terracotta stays free.
No subscription. Plus is saved in your planner’s settings, so Google Drive sync and backups carry it to your other devices.
Included, at no extra cost. Buy once: everything Plus gets later is yours.
Planned means it’s on the way; Exploring means it’s still being worked out.See all prices
Every Plus feature for one person, today’s and those to come. No subscription, nothing to renew.
Team gift
Give everyone Daily Planner Plus. You forward one link; each person who opens it gets Plus for life on their own planner. No accounts to create, no names collected.
Every planner stays private. Each person plans in their own planner, in their own browser. The company never sees it: there’s no team account, no manager dashboard and no list of who activated the gift.
A seat is one activation of Plus. You never assign seats to names.
The link can be activated for 12 months. A small margin covers people who set the planner up again on a new device.
The planner is free, with every feature above. Plus and the team gift are one-time payments: no subscription, nothing to renew.
€0 forever
Everything in the planner, for as long as you use it.
€29 once
For one person, for life, on all your devices. No subscription.
Included, at no extra cost
Buy once: everything Plus gets later is yours.
Right after paying, you land on your gift page with the link to forward, the seats used and the message your team sees. Its link also arrives by email.
One-time payments. Prices include tax. Receipts and invoices come from Creem, our payment partner.
Thanks, your request is in. You’ll get a reply by email.
Something missing? The planner’s own Help page explains every feature and shortcut, or ask a question.
No. Open the planner and start. There’s no sign-up, no email and no password.
Yes. Everything in the planner except the Plus features is free, for as long as you use it: no trial, no account and no card. Plus is an optional one-time purchase, and companies can give it to their people. That’s what pays for the planner.
In your browser, on your device. It isn’t sent to our servers. You can back up everything to a file at any time and restore it in another browser.
Yes. Once the planner has loaded, it reopens without a connection, which is especially handy when it’s installed as an app.
It’s optional. When you connect your Google account, the planner can only reach its own hidden sync file in your Drive, not your other files. Your plans travel between your devices and your Drive; nothing is stored on our servers. Before applying changes from another device, the planner keeps a few recovery snapshots on your device.
Not yet. Google Drive sync is free today: one hidden file in your own Drive keeps your devices in step. Sync with a Daily Planner account, without Google, is planned for Plus. Meanwhile, a backup file moves everything from one browser to another.
Any recent browser on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux. To install it as an app, use Install in Chrome or Edge, or Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone and iPad.
Yes. You pay once, and everything added to Plus later is yours at no extra cost. Planned: “Sync without Google” and “Your calendar beside your day”. Exploring: “Share your year” and “An evening nudge”.
No. You pay €29 once and keep Plus for life, with the Plus features added later. It’s saved in your planner’s settings, so Google Drive sync and backups carry it to your other devices.
By card, through Creem, our payment partner. Creem is the merchant of record: it charges the right VAT for where you are, included in the price, and emails you the receipt and invoice. A team gift can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.
You get one gift link. Each person who opens it activates Plus for life on their own planner, and each activation uses one seat. Your gift page shows how many seats are used and lets you change the message people see. Nobody signs up and no names are collected, so seats aren’t assigned to people: whoever opens the link first gets one. Share it only with the people it’s for. A small margin covers people who set the planner up again on a new device.
No. Each person plans in their own planner, in their own browser. The gift only unlocks Plus: there’s no team account, no dashboard and no list of who activated it, so there’s nothing for the company, or for us, to look at.
Yes. Choose a team size and send the request: you’ll receive an invoice to pay by bank transfer, then the gift link once it’s paid. It’s one payment, with no subscription.
Euros in the euro area and US dollars elsewhere, with the same numbers. The page picks one from your browser’s region; the EUR / USD switch above the prices changes it.
People can activate it for 12 months after it’s created. Once someone has activated Plus, it stays on their planner for life.
Open the planner, write one thing to keep in mind, and choose the outcome that would make today count.
